Basic information

According to Article 38 of the Consumer Law, the consumer has no right to withdraw from a contract in which the subject of the provision is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet his individual needs (this applies in particular to personalized products in which, at the Buyer's request, significant interference was carried out in the product's structure, such as mechanical or laser engraving).

Procedure for returning a non-personalized product

1. Please inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product  by e-mail to kontakt@plexido.plor< /span>by post to the address provided.

2. Prepare the product and the original proof of purchase.

3. Fill out the return form, you can download it here;

- in *.DOC format  

4. Pack everything securely and send it by registered mail (e.g. registered priority letter or courier) to the address provided.< /span>

Remember

  • we do not accept cash on delivery
  • in the case of orders for non-personalized products, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason
  • we will refund you all received from you
  • you send back the returned product at your own expense
  • we will make the refund within 14 working days
  • keep proof of postage
