In the event of a physical defect being found within one year from the date of delivery of the item, it is assumed that it existed at the moment when the risk passed to the Consumer. In the event of a defect being discovered after one year from the date of delivery of the item, the obligation to prove that the defect existed in the product at the time of purchase rests with the Consumer.
If the item sold has a defect, you can:
a) submit a declaration requesting a price reduction
b) submit a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement
c) demand replacement of the product with a defect-free one
d) demand removal of the defect
- if the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund the purchase price
- we do not accept cash on delivery
- we do not collect parcels from parcel lockers
- remember about the proof of purchase
- keep the proof of posting
The natural wear and tear of the product, e.g. abrasion of the coating or mechanical damage resulting from improper use, are not subject to complaint.
